Unique bracelet made with Tahitian pearls and real turquoises from the Sleeping Beauty mine (Arizona) *.
Intense turquoise blue and dark gray pearls marry beautifully together with dark brown Australian leather.
This bracelet will be entirely made by hand. I will drill pearls and turquoise discs, roll Australian leather, make the assembly and finishes in my workshop, in south of France.
It can be worn everyday or in the evening, both natural and original, the tones go with a lot of colors.

You close the bracelet by passing the seventh pearl of Tahiti in the leather buckle.

Each pearl is unique and the bracelet that will be sent to you will include other Tahitian pearls and other turquoises than those shown in the photos. I will make this bracelet using pearls of quality, size and color as close as possible if not even more beautiful. All my pearls are sent with a certificate of authenticity.
* The Sleeping Beauty mine is located in Globe, Arizona, and is one of the best known in the United States with an intense blue turquoise. Its name comes from the appearance of the mountain resembling a sleeping woman lying on her back. The mine has been closed since 2012.
Many fake turquoises unfortunately flood the market today because the deposits are getting poorer. Many use turquenite or colorful howlite and resell it for real turquoise. The true turquoise takes value from year to year (with the depletion of deposits); so beware of cheap jewelry, it's often fake.
(1) The standardization of the surface quality of the cultured pearls of Tahiti is :
Category A : A pearl having at most one imperfection or a group of slight imperfections oncentrated on a maximum of 10% of its surface. A beautiful luster.
Category B : A pearl with slight imperfections concentrated on a maximum of 30% of its surface. Beautiful to medium luster.
Category C : A pearl with slight imperfections concentrated on a maximum of 60% of its surface. Medium luster.
Category D : A pearl having either slight imperfections over more than 60% of its surface, or slight and more serious imperfections on a maximum of 60% of its surface. Dull luster.
(2) The luster of pearls is the measure of the quantity and quality of light that is reflected from the surface of a bead or just below the surface of a bead.
The luster of a pearl of good quality is sharp and bright.
You should almost be able to see your reflection on the surface of a pearl.
A pearl that appears too white, dull or limestone, is of low quality.
(3) The orient of a pearl is the way in which the prism of natural light breaks up in the depths of a pearl's aragonite layers. This iridescence gives the pearl all of the gloss that is modified by the colors, which range from white to black in tones of cream, pink, blue, peacock green, purple, and golden.

Maintenance instructions
Pearls :
To keep all your Tahitian cultured pearls shine, wear them as often as possible!
Avoid contact with chemicals such as perfume, bleach, shampoos, etc.
Highly resistant, Tahitian pearls can get scratched by abrasive objects / materials.
They are cleaned with a soft cloth, they can be rubbed with olive oil.
If you store them for a long time, place a small container of water at their side, so that they are always hydrated.
Leather :
You can grease it with: shea butter, natural bees wax for leather, olive oil.
When it becomes dry and hard, feed it quickly.
Can I bathe / shower with my jewel (pearl (s) and leather)?
Yes, you can wear your necklace in the shower, in the sea ... avoid if possible in very very chlorinated pools! Whatever water you go into (sea, shower or swimming pool), there is no problem but remember to rinse the pearl (s) and the leather under fresh water afterwards, wipe it / them with a soft cloth then and regularly oil the leather.
How to recognize a real pearl from a fake?
-The temperature: the fancy pearl takes the ambient temperature while the true cultured pearl of Tahiti, Australia ... will always be a little cooler. Put it under your nose and realize!
- The weight: the false pearl is often lighter while the real pearl is quite heavy.
- The texture: the fantasy is all smooth while the cultured pearl is rough. By rubbing two pearls against them, we can determine its texture. You can also put it on your teeth!
- The shape: the false pearls are all identical whereas the real pearls are unique by their peculiarities!
-The quality: the fantasy is flammable while the real pearl is not.
